Romania's top league (FRHG) is comprised of the top senior clubs in the country.

Due to the setup, a number of clubs in Romania dually compete in Erste Lige as well as one in the EUHL. Romania also has a number of youth levels from Romania U16, U19, and U20 for developing players.
