Liiga and Regionalliga are very different in that Liiga is the top pro league in Finland and Regionalliga the 4th tier in Germany. You'll find quality player in Germany4 especially the top couple imports who have strong experience, but the depth as you move down rosters is at a different level. Whereas in Liiga, almost the whole team is strong top to bottom.
